Generally, people consume less salt in their diet. During low blood pressure, people should drink a mixture of water & pinch of salt for an instant result. It is helpful for the people who are suffering from the low blood pressure. Confirm with the doctor regarding salt intake that you should take.
4. Drinking insufficient water:
Water is essential for body functioning. It helps to prevent the body from dehydration. You should drink more water if you are feeling dizzy or feeling uncomfortable at any point in time. An adult should drink at least eight glasses (nearly 2 litres) of water per day.
Home Remedies for preventing low blood pressure:
For preventing low blood pressure you can use some home remedies. Like drinking a cup of beetroot juice daily or drink strong black coffee every alternate day or taking few almonds with lukewarm milk or drinking warm water daily on empty stomach.
Exercise is very helpful for both low and high blood pressure. Every person should exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. A brisk morning walk or swimming helps in blood circulation, which reduces heart disease, releases tension and is helpful for stress-free life.
